Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Before we forward your order to the carrier, we always ensure the quality of each product. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit.

1 - Your name, e-mail, and best contact number

2 - Your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)

3 - Picture of damaged item

 

Refunds

We're sorry to hear that you've had an issue with your order, however we do not offer refunds due to all items being customized. Contact us and we'll try to make it right with you.
